I've been getting a decent number of hours of sleep so far this week, partly because I've been going to bed at a somewhat reasonable hour instead of staying up til like 1-2 am. Partially in thanks to not really playing any video games at the moment and climbing into bed earlier. I'll wind up watching something, then go "Ya know, I kinda want to lay here and think instead." Then I'll turn off whatever it is I'm watching and fall asleep within half an hour or so. Sometimes there's nothing worth staying up late for.
