This page was one of those pain in the ass pages. Not as bad as some have been. Probably on the medium side of things. I say this because Cooper wound up redlining every single panel other than 3 and 4. Nothing like drawing the roughs for a page, only to have your editor go "This is not good. Do the entire thing over again." I'm glad it was only the rough phase and not after I had inked the thing. Would've had a heart attack at that point. I'm sure there's plenty more wrong that he didn't point out because even he has his limits before he goes "Whatever. Good enough." and shove it out the door.
Maybe for funsies I'll post his version when I post the roughs tomorrow night for those in the $10. Honestly it bums me out whenever he does it because I see his stuff and go "MAAAAAN! WHY CAN'T I FUCKING POOP THIS SHIT OUT THIS GOOD AS HE DOES!?"

2020-06-19 01:25:42 +0000 UTCSometimes you gotta "fight for it" with a drawing. I easily go through a half dozen sketches before I start to even finalize a single drawing. It blows my mind you can do a multi-panel comic so quickly.
