Long story short, deciding to get off my antidepressants since it's not really helping all that much. Also did a psychiatry evaluation, with the psychiatrist recommending me do a 10 day PHP (partial hospitalization something) thing, where I'd go for 6 hours a day for group therapy, some one on one stuff, while also figuring out a better medical solution. Problem there is it's weekdays only, so that would mean I'd have to miss work.
Other problem there is that my department only has 2 people, so that'd only leave one person in the art department while I do all that shit.
Other problem is that my supervisor is out all this week, so it's just me in the art department, except when I go to the dentist on Tuesday, which means there will be zero people in the department for a few hours.
Also got a list of some online psychiatrists for online therapy that are on my insurance, but I haven't gotten around to calling or doing that stuff, as I've sorta been bumming around all weekend laying around and napping/struggling to sleep at night.
Also got like jack shit written this past week for Lune, so I only got 1 week of buffer. Plus I gotta start thinking of the next chapter for B23 as there's only two more pages left for this chapter, so it's kinda shit for me to even be delaying it at this point.

Your absence may be hard for your colleagues in short term, but loosing you would be even worse... short and long term period.
