Something I started doing recently when getting McDonalds is throwing out the bun on my burger. I eat a side of large fries, so it's not like I'm super worried about carbs and all, but apparently it's like 150 calories that, honestly, I can do without. I'd get the Quarter Pounder With Cheese deluxe, remove the contents, and put it on a bed of sliced lettuce and add some jalapenos. I then add a bit more ketchup and brown mustard, and boom! Burger salad! Though since I save it for last, it gets all cold. Probably gonna microwave it next time after I finish eating my fries. Love me some microwaved salads! Mm-mm!
