Today we bring another district! The Teahouse can be seamlessly combined with the Modular Street and the rest of districts to expand your modular city.
And also we fully illustrated a new character and made an animated token!
The variations of this map can be used by the players to start and upgrade their own business. First they can buy the empty building, then upgrade it with the "LowBudget" variation and finally even choose colors for the furniture.
As some of you already know, we are making characters inspired by some of our patrons as a way to thank you all for your support. @Flixy was one of our first patrons and so this week we bring Wiggly Wig, who is inspired by his DM's name. We have been working with him to bring Wiggly Wig to life but the main concept is his.
We are working in characters for our first patrons and for the most active members of the community. We will be contacting you all bit by bit to ask if you are interested.
"Hello and welcome to my humble teahouse! My name is Wiggly Wig and today I'll be your guide."

"Ugh! My eyes! Oh, excuse me, what did you say? You don't have a proper attire? I mean, no, no, whatever... that... is, is alright, I guess.
Follow me please! Today we will have "Tea". Please don't call it "High Tea", we don't take the tea at the countertop and we don't belong to the low class, do we?
Alright, just remember a couple easy etiquette rules:
That's it! Easy, right? So, what tea is of your desire?"
Note: This etiquette rules are from most western Europe traditions. For example, most eastern countries find slurpping polite.
Also, never lift your pinkie finger while sipping, it's very rude. Wiggly Wig is just very pretentious.
The origin of the lift pinke finger is unknown. Some say that it was the way Romans had to differentiate low class who holded the cup with their whole hands from high class who are much more refined. Others say that it was a way of asking for "male company". Other theory explains that tea was imported from Asia and their tea cups had no handle, so tea cups had to be holded with the few possible fingers or you would burn your hands.
Have fun!

For Foundry VTT: import the video file and set scale to 2.

The Foundry module "Levels" by theripper93 is optional for this map but recommended if you want to combine it with the Modular Street.
