ending a long day of errands and lifting without even glancing at a shower can be tough ๐ฎโ๐จ but no better place to end it than in the bed ;) ๐ฅ all the muscle groups I hit at the gym earlier were on FULL display (especially in the video in higher tiers ๐) safe to say the progress shows even when my body is occupied doing so many different things ๐ฅ
Appreciate all the support from you guys as always :) so happy I can share my progress with you guys and show you guys a TON more especially whatโs coming this weekend ๐คซ stay tuned ;)
