Aozono Mio can control petroleum/oil and has somehow engulfed Misaka in a wave of oily water, confining her in a container. To survive, Misaka employs her Electric ability to manipulate nano-sized electromagnetic particles. She uses these particles to interact with the oil, creating electrically charged vortices that attract and separate air bubbles from the oil, allowing her to breathe. However, the electric charge concentration is so delicate that she could harm herself. can she escape this perilous situation?
