感谢您的支持。 特典未能收到的原因可能有以下几点： 1. 在发送特典的12月28日12时40分（日本时间）时，您并非支持者。 2. 最近更改了计划。 如果是第1种情况，您可以在下个月的通讯发送时收到。 如果是第2种情况，因为通讯功能是根据“您支持的计划金额及支持的月数”来计算的，所以您需要连续至少9个月支持同等金额的计划。

I did as you suggest, I downgraded my plan from 2000 to 500 for now. But I have always been supporting since April and upgrade from 500 to 2000 yen. Before, I’m able to read Episode 1-3 so I really want to read Episode 4.😢

The 'Letter Feature' is calculated based on 'how many months you have been supporting at or above the amount of your current plan'. 返信ありがとうございます！ 一応2023年からは支援を停止したりした事は1度もなく支援履歴にもちゃんと9ヶ月印がついているのですが、やはり来月末までは受け取れないのでしょうか？何度もすみません…。
