Patreon Rewards Changes - IMPORTANT
Added 2018-07-25 19:14:53 +0000 UTCHello all! It's been a few years since I set Patreon up, and I believe that it's time for me to modify one of the Tiers. The Premium Costumers tier that is currently $1.50 and up will be modified to start at $2 instead starting on August 1st.
WHY THE CHANGE?
There are a few reasons for this change. My quality of work has improved over the years, and the pricing for $1 or only $0.50 more does not accurately portray the value of my work. I have also heard that if you are $1 and want to move up, there is no decimal point option, so many have to go to $2 anyways. This will make pricing easier for new or existing Patrons.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO
If you are not yet a Patron of mine, just following, but have been considering moving up to a Rewards tier, now is the best time to do it! $1 is early access to comics, including WIPs and joining the Discord, where we group RP which becomes comics like Funhouse Of Horror! The $2 will contain all that, but also the ability to vote on the exclusive monthly bonus comics. We're voting right now for August, but don't worry, there will be another one at the end of August for September!
If you want to stay on the $1.50 you may already be on, then you don't need to do anything. Keep in mind that your reward option to vote on comics won't be available unless you move up to the $2 option.
If you want to make sure you stay on the Premium Costumers tier to keep getting to vote, make sure to come back to https://Patreon.com/TylerMann and choose the option for the $2 tier, as shown in the example below. It will ask you if you want to upgrade your pledge, then continue. If you run into any issues, or want some help, let me know, I'll do whatever I can to help.
