Hello. I know that your working on a new game, but I wanted to notify you of a small typo that i found in Yorna v1.03. When walking to the back of the smugglers camp, I get the phrase, "There's interesting nothing here. I should focus on more important things." Sorry for the inconvenience.

I have the same issue and got the error message to go away with the command chmod +x "/Users/InsertYourUserHere/Downloads/Ouro_v0_1_MacOS/Game.app/Contents/MacOS/nwjs" But it didn't really do much. Now the game says it's opening, but it never does. There is just the icon in the task bar and that's it. No window ever opens.

It's very strange to see that you can't run Yorna anymore. I didn't change anything in the last release for several months so most likely the problem is caused by an update or security policy change in the operating system. Perhaps they tightened rules about running applications without a certified digital signature? Just a guess though. Sorry, looks like I can't help you there - my test machine runs both games fine but it didn't receive any system updates so I can't reconstruct your situation. The error pop-up doesn't give any useful info to pursue too. So, my only guess at this point is to check if games have execution rights to run. I think you can do it via standard GUI but the first link pointed me out towards the terminal option: To make the application executable: Open a terminal window (CMD + Space -> terminal); Using the cd command, navigate to the place where the application is stored: cd Run chmod +x to make it executable. If it doesn't let you, sudo it: sudo chmod +x . The command from point 3 should look similar to this: chmod +x "/Applications/ShadowBat.app/Contents/MacOS/ShadowBat"

I went through several times, all permissions were intact, game was in applications folders and everything. Game will not open. When I try, I get a finder notification that says "The application 'Game' can't be opened" I also tried to run Yorna again, and it no longer works for the same reason. Is it a security measure on my OS or something? It gives me no ability to override it and no other information.

If I remember it correctly, you mentioned that Yorna didn't allow you to save and following MacOS troubleshooting guide fixed the situation. Globally, Ouro has the same logical structure as Yorna since it's an RPG Maker game too. Additional features like hacking or animation don't affect the core so if Yorna ran properly, Ouro should do so too. It did for me on the testing machine. So, I can only advise you yo double-check the guide and make sure the folder is in the right place and has all the needed rights for your user (marked as "me" in the tab). Permission errors are rather simple compared to pure tech stuff - it should be the first place to check.

Hi, I commented a while back about having trouble running Yorna on mac, and the MacOS troubleshooting page did not solve my problems this time. Now the game cannot be opened at all, and when I try to run the internal folder in terminal, it says permission is denied. Not sure why because Im the admin on the computer and such. Can anything be done?

Ouro has both yuri and straight content but feel free to swoop in with a game of your own and uphold the balance.
