Have them back to back with their arms hooked together with their wrists cuffed so they can’t unhook them. Feet restrained and exposed. Have at least two people tickle them crazy. Feet Bellybutton Knees Armpits Knee pits Toes Maybe even some nose feather tickling. Whoever quits first gets gang tickled by all 3
