Added 2019-06-18 17:44:43 +0000 UTCSome people are being missed out of the credits because they're being marked as 'no reward' instead of the usual credits tier. I'm not sure if the issue is down to a Patreon bug or if it's on the user end, but it would help me out if you could double-check you aren't opted-out of the credits. Assuming you want to be in them, of course.
A guess would be that the issue might be for people who started out at a different amount but then edited their pledge to $5 without selecting to join the credit tier. Hard to tell, though. Apologies if you've been left out of credits due to this.

Oh. I figured it out. You have to join the $5 tier, even if you're pledging a custom amount. So you select $5, and then put in $20 (or whatever). That's not intuitive. But I'm glad I figured it out.
