Lil update
Added 2020-07-19 12:52:49 +0000 UTCHowdy folks! I have paused my patron billing for the next month, as i'm taking a short break from working on video scripts. Nothing to be worried about, just need to take a breather before coming back with ~fresh eyes~

If anything, creators need those dollars DURING the pause. Helps refuel for the creation cycle to come!

2020-07-19 13:04:43 +0000 UTCI'm sure I speak for pretty much all your patrons when I say that you don't need to pause your patron billing just because you're taking a little break. Giving money to you monthly comes with the understanding that you are still a human, and the expectation that you won't work on videos day in, day out. An unpaid break isn't much of a break. It feels more like saying "I don't deserve a living if I don't produce for a bit", which, granted, is a mentality that's deeply ingrained in most/all of us (thanks, capitalism), but that doesn't make it any less twisted. TL;DR: shut up and take our money, skullman! And enjoy your break :).
