Yeah, I don't know why they didn't include that. It would be easy to read it as Liam does (as if the gamemakers were messing with Katniss) without getting the whole scene of Haymitch and Effie bitching them both out for provoking the gamemakers into putting targets on their backs. (Of course, they didn't stress how badly Katniss angered the gamemakers by putting the flowers around Rue.)

2020-07-16 23:35:32 +0000 UTCFun Fact: When Katniss goes to her evaluation with the judges and she sees that painting of Rue on the floor. It was actually drawn by Peeta to piss off the judges. This is why Katniss follows his lead by hanging the mannequin.
