I am a big nerd as well. I don’t know how many times I’ve risked being booted from the family for going on about the cool things you can learn from isotope analysis or tooth enamel. I also got to know Patrick from Fall of Rome. He has really made me love economic history. My natural inclination is for the politics. What all my favorite history podcasters have in common is compelling storytelling.
