Buffy the Vampire Slayer 3x08 "Lovers Walk" Full Reaction

Great reaction. Man I love this episode. Watching Spike go from drunken heartbreak to joyous confidence after he has destroyed all of the Scoobies romantic relationships, is entertainment at its finest.

Should we say since Buffy came first that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. now gives you Buffy flashbacks? ; P I kid, I kid. Seriously though, this is one of the top rated episodes among many Buffy fans, and I think rightfully so. I had loved Spike since "School Hard" when he sings, "Someone's in the ceiling...", but his you're not friends speech to Buffy and Angel just sealed him as one of my favorite characters of all time. As others have stated, that Cordelia fake-out gets everyone, and those of us that now know it's coming thrive on new viewers' pain at that scene. And now you get to join that club as well. It makes you realize just how much Cordelia has grown on us since season 1. Loved the reaction, and now on to the next, another fan favorite episode. :D

It's so much worse for me I'm guessing (apart from Liam Duke, I know he and I share similar feelings to certain characters in AoS) and I was offended xD But Spike is a pleasure. I adore the hell out of him. Thank you so much :)

Ha that fake out is everything!! I know, I know, we are all cruel that we like to see you suffer like this but it's so delicious :-P I loove this episode btw. It's in my top 10 episodes of season 3 :-D Trivia: 1.) According to James Marsters he burnt his hand quite badly whilst filming the scene where Spike is struck by sunlight whilst passed out drunk but rather than go to the onset medic pretended everything was fine and went to hospital directly after shooting wrapped. 2.) Charisma Carpenter has a large scar on her belly from a childhood accident. At five years old, playing around a swimming pool that was still under construction, she fell onto a piece of rebar. With the events of this episode, her character gains an identical injury with the same method. 3.) Angel is seen reading La Nausée by Jean-Paul Sartre. The book deals with man's interactions with others and with inanimate objects, as well as the consequences of living alone. It also deals with the narrator's lost love, who feels she has changed too much to rekindle a relationship with him. (fits the episode, right?)

fricking adore this episode. I'm one of those people, where if spike shows up, im gonna like the episode lol. He such a show stealer. Every reactor seems to have the same feeling - you just dont realise how much you liked and missed him until he just shows up in this episode! The infamous Joss Whedon Cordy fake out haha! I'm evil. I love seeing everyone have a mini break down at that lol! Great reaction to an awesome episode :)
