0.0.10 Alpha Release of Reproductive Health Mod

One of things I pledged to  do with this Patreon is release early versions of the mods I am working on here. These builds are mostly stable versions with bugs and experimental features. I do not feel comfortable releasing unfinished versions of mods, especially builds that could potentially cause major issues in player save games. 

In fact, I've been meaning to go take down 0.0.8 from MTS since it had a permanent issue with leaving dangling alarms in saved games. This issue does not occur on 0.0.10 but it still bothers me that there's a release out there with such a major bug. 

In addition, I am posting the file here for archival purposes.

Please let me know of anything you come across while playing with it: feedback, bugs, or suggestions.

**Gameplay**

- Added condoms

- Added male fertility

- Uteruses and pregnancy sentiments are added to the game at the start

- Removed take a pregnancy test from toilets because the restrictions for

sims with uteruses made it so that men could not use the toilets. Will

re-add when I add in the pregnancy test object in-game

- Re-added pregnancy tests at the hospitals - it does not alert the father of

partner's pregnancy

- All hospital interactions have the service price shown on the interaction

picker

- Pregnancy Sentiments can be changed and reset via debug

    - Thoughts on partner pregnancy

    - Thoughts on child's pregnancy

    - Thoughts on having children

- Added pregnancy and menstrual cleanup lol

    - I got reports of menstruation and pregnancy moodlet lingering 

- You can now switch between the menstrual phases

- A mothers pregnancy sentiments decided as soon as a pregnancy is discovered

- Added both the unwanted and wanted pregnancy moodlets

- Disabled miscarriages for now

- Disabled interaction between the parents, father, and the mother

- Cleaned up the interactions to align the restrictions and effects

- Removed most, if not all, debug notifications (menstrual cycle, pregnancy-related, on got pregnant)
