Apology for those who are blocked because of credit card issues
Added 2018-09-22 05:11:57 +0000 UTCI seldom went on to Pixiv these days because of bad network here in China. But today, I realized from a Japanese friend that they are blocked just because of credit card payment failure... That's a shame.
As far as I can remember, a lot of Japanese and Chinese friends seems to have payment declines... Maybe that's just a payment failure. It's my mistake to have treated you as dishonest guys. Really, really sorry about that...
I'm a little bit guilty today, have to say. Hope you good guys won't be discouraged too much.
I will be exploring some ways to get around this problem. Really, really sorry for what I did.

Thank you. But the one who blocks them is me.... Never mind. I often feel that Patreon's system has some problem itself, always malfunctioning...
