[10/20] Working Progress and Oct Plan

Now I'm still working on some DW9 characters. This whole month is all about DW9 characters, whether with respect to release or wrt mod-making.

Now, it's my first time to experience some kind of "real" bone-binding in real work. This time, it's some model without bones, maybe you can guess who it will be.

My plan in the last 10 days this month is, 1) get done with all the DW9 chara requests, and 2) just throw out Xingcai, both HS and PH versions.

Originally, I don't want to release more than 3 mods a month, to give myself a little bit of breath and not work too hard. But I want to gradually switch to PH, and don't want a whole month without PH mods. So I decided to release Xingcai PH along with HS ver, and give you an intuitive comparison between the two.

And I will hold a poll the day after tomorrow, to determine what PH character will be made and released next month.
