Fiona has the most number of votes here, so she gets the 1st. Marie Rose has my biggest weight here, nzhr's support.
I decide to release Fiona(PH) tonight. And since Marie is an HS->PH port from Roy12's mod and the scores are very close, I'll release her mod for the next PH release half a month later.
