Failed Experiment | Zangief - C4 Head

So I tried to add a head to C4 Zangief, just to see if I can do it, and I kinda did, but it doesn't really work as it should, and I don't know what else to do improve it

Zangief C4 doesn't have a head file at all, so I tried some weird files editing to give him a face and hair, but the color files for C4, don't have slots for head and hair ... so those cannot be edited at all, so I don't know how the game chooses his face color, but sometimes it's white, sometimes it's black ... and sometimes, at the select sreen, his face just doesn't appear, as you can see in the last pic, it doesn't seem that that happens in matches, but it happens at the select screen

Face animations and physics work perfectly fine

Anyway, if anyone want's to play around with it, even try to fix it, be my guest
