Yes she's 12. Remember, she can age herself with her power. Also, the flashback at the end said 7yrs ago, and she was 5 at that time.

2025-06-23 18:14:01 +0000 UTCI’m thinking they don’t count there “lower world” wives as celestial dragons and neither do they count the children they have. I mean they discarded her and the baby after she got sick. They just take these women cause they want them; not cause they actually probably want to marry them. Makes me wonder back to Queen Otohime from the fishman Island flashback when she was gone for a week to Mariejois with the celestial dragons Mysogard and what she actually saw there. Cause we have seen bits of Mariejois but never really inside the celestials homes. And what did she actual say and do to change Mjyosgard’s mind about the fishmen… like what did she actually say or do? I feel like Oda should show that one day even though both her and now Mjyosgard (executed by Garling) are dead. Feel like there is a missing piece to the puzzle there.
