Gumbo startup p4: figuring out colors and SPLASH

i want saturated colors, but too saturated for the BG can be real distracting. i had help today trying some stuff out so heres a shot at atleast their dorm, DURING the day. at night? hard vibrant blues, all over, any light makes the warm colors come through.
and here I also have page 1 in the works, almost done! i faked an anime and had some help with a chromatic abrasion macro as well as a fake scan lines :>
