I donβt know if they are coming from the same place, but Jaredβs concerns remind me of the apprehensions Joey had about the βpopular guysβ at first in chapters 1 and 2: that yes they may be pretty and nice on the outside but thereβs going to be a catch or a trap waiting for them if they arenβt careful. Joeyβs concerns came from past experience, so def makes me wonder if Jared is speaking from his own experience!
