We are currently investigating the issue and will announce a solution as soon as we have it.
As an emergency measure, we will provide a password-free ZIP file.
Just to be sure, I downloaded the file myself, entered the password and tested it, and it opened successfully.
The problem may be due to the ZIP unzip software you are using. Some default unzip software (especially Windows) does not fully support password protected ZIP files or AES encrypted ZIP files.
I recommend you try the following free tools:
7-Zip (Windows)
Unarchiver (Mac)
WinRAR
(Also, double-check that you have enough space when copying the password)

なお今回は緊急措置として、パスワード無しのZIPを提供します。
念のため、私自身もファイルをダウンロードし、パスワードを入力してテストしたところ、正常に開きました。
この問題は、使用しているZIP解凍ソフトに原因がある可能性があります。一部のデフォルトの解凍ソフト（特にWindows）は、パスワードで保護されたZIPファイルやAESで暗号化されたZIPファイルを完全にはサポートしていません。
以下の無料ツールを試してみることをお勧めします。
7-Zip（Windows）
The Unarchiver（Mac）
WinRAR
