Early Access: What I Mean When I Say "The Right"

Here's the rough cut of the next video, a kind of footnote to The Alt-Right Playbook. I may do a few of these as the series continues, whenever a clarification won't fit into the body of regular video.
Plan is to roll straight into the next Alt-Right Playbook and hopefully have that up by the end of the month as well, which will get us back on schedule! Normally this wouldn't count as a whole month's video, since it's under 10 minutes, but seeing as the talk that serves as December's video was over 30 minutes long, I think I've bought myself some leeway.
I'll poke you again when the final version goes public tomorrow!

2018-03-15 17:11:22 +0000 UTCThe distinction between "classifying patterns of rhetoric and behavior" vs "classifying atomized individuals" is really valuable imo, so I think this video will be helpful in making that explicit! Reminds me of your Angry Jack vids' take on morality; that it's more helpful to focus on the state of the world than the "permanent record" of an individual.

I watched a documentary recently called "The Brainwashing of my Dad" which, while fairly low budget and a bit cheesy, has some great info on the history of the Right forming these tactics and others since the 1980s Reagan Era.
