The Age of Ads

The first milestone I ever set on this Patreon was the promise not to put ads on my videos. Now, we've discussed ads before, and most of y'all said you don't actually mind and this is just a thing I happen to care a lot about, so perhaps it won't distress you much to know: I have, for the time being, enabled YouTube ads.
Money is tight and I need to increase my revenue streams.
(Do please keep in mind this is a post about me increasing my revenue streams, do not increase your pledges. Every time I mention money a bunch of you increase your pledges, which is really sweet but seriously don't do it this time.)
I'm returning to production and will hopefully be putting out videos very soon, and will start growing my income the old-fashioned way: this Patreon. And, if that goes well, I will probably turn the ads off again. But, for now, a little extra breathing room would make a big difference in my life.
Though, if you want an example of how different my channel would have to be if ads were a primary source of income: most of The Alt-Right Playbook is ineligible for ads. All of you are what make this channel what it is.
