Just a quick update, I'm adding a new $10+ reward called "The Dom's book club". Its a skype chat in which, amongst other things, we'll discuss upcoming book titles. Its essentially what we do in the comments but with a more effective back and forth. If your interested message me your skype name and I'll send you a contact request. If that doesn't work out I'll try to start more of a routine that will probably be late evening for me (making it mid-afternoon for most of america).
