It was just the only one I could think of. And the 13th warrior handled it differently. Rather than just a magical switch over it was a gradual thing as the character listened to and learned the language.

2016-04-04 00:21:49 +0000 UTCThe first film that comes to my mind that that did the zoom-in, switch over with the language thing is The 13th Warrior. It worked fairly well and wasn't annoying. It's also another possible Lost in Translation you could do. You liked Michael Crichton didn't you?

Glad to know that that can be done! And as always, great episode!
