Take you time! Your work is more then worth the wait. And I definitely don't want to see you suffering burn out. I've been following your art for a decade now. I don't think I'm going anywhere! Also, it's cool seeing some fellow Linux/KDE users here!

2026-03-02 01:42:49 +0000 UTCTake as much time as you need. As a fellow artist/animator I just transitioned to Linux, Krita and Blender this week. KDE Plasma has native support for tablets I have found and it is plug and play. After coming from an iPad I was sick of my tech just randomly slowing down. I have an XP Pen Pro 24 and its a bit too big haha. But that seemed to be plug and play as well.

I am happy to see Krita and Linux are working for you! :) I recently helped another artist friend with the transition, and while at first Clip Studio and Wine had to do some gap filling, they have since settled on Krita! :)
