Title: The Plan

It was as Mikoto feared. Kai did it. He crossed the line and went—

“Oi, stop staring at me like I committed genocide of an entire race,” Kai looks at the group—except Tsume. The Alpha Kouhai is recovering from the trauma of her new Jutsu, but she is working her way up with the local missions and training her team more seriously. It’s just that Kai cannot risk meeting her even in secret because Okami is loyal to Hiruzen to a fault, and more exposure to himself wouldn’t do for Kai. Not to mention, Tsume didn’t need to know the ‘atrocities’ he committed, right?

“You’re unhinged,” Tsunade frowns, staring at Kai with narrowed amber glare as Kushina nods before glaring at the woman beside them on their couch. “Tsunade-Sensei is talking about you, dattebane!”

“Hmm?” Orochimaru smiles at the cute jinchuriki. “Tsunade doesn’t boast great expectations from me about anything but knowledge and research. So, I wager she is going to focus on Kai. He should have known better, right? What was he thinking sleeping with a woman far superior to the breed he is with currently.”

Mikoto’s, Kushina’s, and Tsunade’s expression grows bleak as the redhead hears a bark of rough laughter from the Tailed-Beast within—“She just called you a sloven whore!”

Kushina scowls, ‘No, she didn’t! You did!’

“Damn, right!” The fox snarls another bark of laughter.

“Did you bang each other? Did Kai moan? Can I see a Genjutsu replay?” Nono licks her dry lips as she sits on the edge of her metaphorical and literal seat. Her gaze shifts between Kai and Orochimaru, nostrils threatening to pop a blood vessel due to heat any second now!

“You know she is a mother, right? Can you handle a son?” Mikoto raises an eyebrow.

“Sure,” Kai shrugs, “Mitsuki will be my practice run, and I will learn from all the mistakes I commit while raising him.”

“No, you won’t.” Orochimaru snorts as Tsunade blinks in surprise but keeps her newfound discovery of the snake’s scowl to herself.

“So, I don’t have to be responsible,” Kai smirks. “Sweet.”

“I truly don’t see a problem here,” Nono muses. “If anything, I think only Tsunade-sama is the morally wrong one within the group.”

“I beg your pardon?” Tsunade glances at her paper-bitch, formally inquiring—The fuck you said?

Nono adjusts her glasses, “Mikoto and Kushina are Kai’s Fiancees, right? And now Orochimaru said she is in the run for it.”

“I said Kai, and I had a healthy practical examination of the exchange of fluids,” Orochimaru shrugs.

“You guys fucked,” Kushina pouts sourly. Her violet hues fall on the packets of milk hanging from Orochimaru’s shoulder as her pout inflates further. Mikoto pats the redhead’s shoulder while tossing Kai a ‘do something’ look—Not before Nono explained herself.

“As I was saying, Kai started by saying Orochimaru-san will go above and beyond in courting him.”

Orochimaru rolls her eyes while Kai sniffs proudly.

“But Tsunade-sama, you had some sexual encounters with Kai without stating your intentions clearly,” Nono tilts her head. “Others will only think you’re using him.”

“My poor innocence,” Kai sighs as he looks at the rest. “Sorry, guys. Tsunade is my Sensei and Matriach. She can do anything she likes to my body without any commitments. Ah, the horror!”

Tsunade puckers her lips before scoffing. “You all heard him, right? He’s my Legacy Guardian. I get dibs wherever he is.”

“And you,” Tsunade smiles at Nono, who tried to gain a rise out of the former. “I sure hope you like big things because I will have a big, fat stack of documents for you to go through tomorrow morning.”

“A good thing I like it big,” Nono shrugs, dropping down to the nearest lap while stretching her legs on the couch’s armrest as Kai’s finger instinctively starts running through her light-brown hair as she moans comfortably.

“So?” Mikoto questions knowingly. “We aren’t here just because of Orochimaru, right? You know we wouldn’t make a fuss about it in the end—” she glances at the pouting Kushina before correcting herself, “—some of us won’t.”

“I’m about to dive into the final bits of research with Orochimaru. Of course, I will return for the night like usual. But since actions will affect you, I wanted to explain my objective to the rest of you. Tsunade and Orochimaru know what I’m talking about.”

“And after that,” Kai looks between Kushina and Tsunade. “I want to speak with the two of you privately.”

They nod as Orochimaru leans back on the couch, closing her eyes. She accepted the Chimera Seal with Hashirama’s cell to induce Wood-Nature Release, but she didn’t mind staying here for a while to see others’ reactions to Kai’s grand plan—

“I realized my scope of the harem in Konohagakure alone is too small. So, I’m going to expand my scope!”

Nono blinks before widely smirking while Mikoto raises an eyebrow, “Expand? Where?”

Kushina stares intensely at Kai, “But you will stop spending time with me!”

Kai smiles, “I won’t. I’ll still be right here. As for my expanded scope? It’s the other Shinobi Villages.”

His lighthearted attitude makes the corner of Mikoto’s lips twitch.

“Just like that? You will waltz inside the Shinobi Villages, and they will accept you. Just so we’re clear—if we were dancing with the line of betraying the village before, your actions of forming unsanctioned ‘allies’ in other villages are outright traitorous!” The Uchiha Princess frowns with worry. “What if something goes wrong?”

Kai nods with a sigh. “You’re implying women alone aren’t worth such risks.”

“I am,” Mikoto presses.

“Well, truth is sappier than forming a harem. One is the dream of men like Jiraiya and me, and the other is meh.”

“Then say it,” Nono hums while nuzzling her head against his thigh. “Tsunade-sama and Orochimaru know it, right?”

“I was going to say it,” Kai scoffs, flicking his finger across Nono’s forehead as he looks at the remaining duo. “Wouldn’t it be awesome if there were no more wars and we didn’t have to dirty our hands with children’s blood? I admit, I realized this once Tsunade and I went on our first date. Our discussion on the Hokage Mountain steered toward the First Hokage. It made me wonder if that man had to kill children, too. Or commit worse things than that. No wonder they wanted peace, right?”

The more Kai speaks, the more he reveals—the somber his expression morphs into.

“I don’t care about saving lives or anything. And I don’t mind following orders and committing atrocities during wars. I have something similar to a switch inside of me.”

Kai flips the switch to emphasize the point. His eyes turn blank, his facial muscles relax visibly, and his voice grows cold and distant—surprising everyone inside the room, including the nine-tailed fox inside Kushina.

“See?” the desolate, cold smile on the usually uppity, panty-searching youth sends a shiver down their spines as he whispers. “I don’t feel a thing when I’m like this. And it’s disgusting.”

Yet his expression never betrays his true emotions—they cannot—because he feels none at the moment.

His gaze flickers as he exhales sharply and closes his eyes.

“Whooo!” Kai heaves, opening his eyes with a snap before smiling at the group. “Sorry for giving you guys a scare. But as I said, I don’t mind being a killer. Yet, as much as I want the future generation to grow strong—my kids to harden themselves in this world—I never want them to go through wars. I want to end them not out of noble thoughts or anything. I like power, skills, and knowledge. I like women! I like bullying children and orphans alike! But I also like peace, too. And if the lack of war reduces the number of orphans, so be it!”

His attempt at lightening the surroundings with dark humor spectacularly fails as he observes others looking at him with strange and somewhat pitying looks—especially Kushina.

“I didn’t know you had a ‘switch.’” Tsunade musters, averting her gaze while chewing her bottom lip in frustration.

“You don’t know a lot of things. Maybe you can ease my heart by finally doing good on your promise? A sweet guy like me can’t wait for you forever~!” Kai hints at her promise of taking the next step of her volition. After all, Tsunade wants to marry a virgin and become the sluttiest Senju in history hours after the ceremony! It won’t do for Kai to wait for too long!

Tsunade doesn’t reply as she nods quietly.

“H-How strong are you really?” Mikoto questions. “Why go through such means if you could end the war using force?”

“That’s the difference between a Kage and a Tyrant. I’m starting to think Hashirama had it right. He could do what you said, but what about people who didn’t want to follow Hashirama? How long could he keep them under one umbrella before they’d like to move out? Could he kill them? Even if he killed them, how would it be any different than warring? Maybe others feared Hashirama because he wasn’t one of them. But what if someone who lived with them gains their trust and unites everyone at once?”

Kai leans forward with interest, leaving the stale mindset of flipping his switch behind as he rouses everyone’s interest. “I have your trust, do I not? Things could be better if I am trustworthy to others in different villages.”

“But,” Mikoto raises an important question, “Your trust will be on deceit. What if others turn against you after learning the truth?”

“If I say I’m from Iwagakure and want to create a peaceful environment right now, would you all turn against me?”

Orochimaru smiles. It’s the truth. What would they do if the Kai they knew if from a different village? The Orochimaru from years before would attack Kai and try to capture him before extracting every bit of useful information. Now? After Tsunade and Kai gave her another chance?

Similar contemplation flickers in their eyes before Kushina snorts, “That’s just an excuse to bang other girls, dattebane!”

Kai grins, “Damn, right! And you have no right to pout about it. If anything, only Nono and Tsunade should bitch about it!”

“And Tsume? You know—” Nono muses as Kai shakes his head. The adorable Ninken Kouhai is only 14 this year. He could wait a year or two, right? Even Kushina is 16. Yes, Chakra molds girls into total babes when they hit puberty, just like Kai trained to swoleness Kekkei Genkai, but he’ll still feel discomfort doing it with Tsume—“since she is as an actual bitch.” Nono finishes as Kai blinks.

“What else did you think?” Nono smiles before shrugging. “And I don’t need to bitch about anything. My life would be a lot worse if I ended in Root if Danzo’s men ambushing us during our Chunin promotion mission indicates anything.”

“See?” Kai glances at Kushina. “You can learn a thing or two from Nono.”

The redhead scoffs as Mikoto releases a sigh she hadn’t known she kept for a while. “I think I understand your views. You intend to seduce other naive girls, marry them, and force them to do your illicit bidding.”

“Right, of course!” Kai snorts with a smirk. “That’s what you guys are, right? Orochimaru is a helpless woman who couldn’t do a thing last night.”

“To be fair, you forced me into agreeing to take you out,” Orochimaru sneers.

“A fair price,” Kai retorts.

“So, how will you do it,” Tsunade questions. “Wooden Clones?”

Kai shakes his head, smirking, “That’s a secret. If it works, you can think of me as the second coming of Rikudo-”

Kai suddenly frowns and looks at Mikoto, then at Tsunade.

He recalls the tabloid he read under the Uchiha Clan’s shrine as he wonders one thing.

‘The body of Ashura and the eyes of Indra creates Rinnegan. I still don’t know who or what clan Ashura belonged to, but Indra is the Uchiha Clan’s ancestor, right? And this clan has always been in a rivalry with the Senju Clan for reasons the current leader of the clan cannot even explain because they don’t know either! Maybe Ashura emerged from the Senju Clan. Or maybe he didn’t. All I understand is Indra did not have Ashura’s physique, and even a blind man should be able to see how the rivalry of the clans seems to pass down until the creation of Konoha, seemingly ending with Madara Uchiha and Hashirama Senju.’

His gaze turns scorching, gears clicking in his mind. ‘Tsunade could always support a Rinnegan due to her physique and chakra reserves. Mikoto can barely support it. But she is an Uchiha. Would Rinnegan have some positive effects on her? Not to mention, Tsunade should be exactly like Hashirama Senju except for pure skills. While it may be an arrow shot in the dark—it has a possibility to hit something.’

“What happened?” Mikoto tilts her head.

‘Mikoto has always felt conflicted about her sharingan. But if it can help…’ Kai snaps out of his thoughts before shaking his head.

“Nothing, I was lost in your beautiful eyes,” he speaks with a sincere smile as his fiancee thins her lips with a discreet rush of blood to her cheeks.

“I would also like to raise another issue while we are all here,” Kai takes a deep breath as the group embraces themselves for another serious topic.

“When are we going to share a—”

“Kill yourself,” Tsunade smiles warmly. “Pervert.”

Kai shrugs, “I had to raise this topic.”

“That’s right,” Nono hums. “We’re bored of having orgies in our shared Genjutsu.”

Kushina and others look between Kai and Nono before scoffing under their breaths—the duo has gotten too comfortable speaking illicit things about them, but what can they do?

Nono simply has the moral high ground since she is technically a virgin.

“I wouldn’t mind the notion,” Orochimaru suddenly smiles before stretching her arms over her head. “We can try it now since we are all here.”

“No!” Mikoto scoffs but feels Kushina’s puppy eyes drilling into her.

“No!” Mikoto utters with another scoff, flicking her fingers against the ready Jinchuriki’s forehead.

“I said—NO!” She snaps at Kai for the third time as he, too, looks at her with the wide soulful eyes of a cow!

She looks at Nono with a huff, expecting the bespectacled menace to have a similar reaction but Mikoto finds Nono resting on Kai’s lap with a lurid smirk.

‘She’s already using Genjutsu for it,’ Mikoto rolls her eyes and sighs. ‘Why do I have to be the only—’

She recalls her many, many ‘outfits’ worn out by Kai and her combined effort before completing her righteous rant.

She has fallen from her virtuous grace.
