2024-03-04 19:32:43 +0000 UTCI loved this episode! I am so happy we got to see their reunion occur more in this episode. Matthew Jeffers as Nat was a revelation. It was devastating to lose him here. The cast was stellar in this episode. Andy and Danai have a special gift in their connection on and offscreen that is palpable and emotional to experience. Its quite beautiful to see and rare. I love the writing in these two episodes. We have payoffs consistently throughout the storyline. I am interested in the deal Jadis is discussing with Rick. In WB, she stated she gave a valuable asset to Beale in Rick. She has tied her success to Rick. Its mutual assured destruction which is why I feel she made this visit now. Its clever by the showrunner to not show Jadis before now. I really wonder how his repeated attempts to escape didn't blow back on her before. She brought him as a B knowing he was an A which is dangerous here. She is using this threat to keep them both in line. The wild card is Thorne. I wonder if she will use Thorne as a spy like Okafor did. At this time to our knowledge, Jadis is still a warrant officer. She framed Kublek in WB who was taken into custody. Kublek like Okafor was a Lt. Colonel. I wonder if she's received a promotion since then. Her primary job is to assess and eliminate risk at all costs. The Cascades base is complete but we have not heard word that the summit to commemorate has happened yet. Okafor mentioned that in his discussion with Rick during their fight. Rick had to take her in otherwise she would've been killed instantly. CRM does not like nor tolerate witnesses. Michonne is now in the CRM. Can she act like a B when we know her badass is an A? Rick's heart eyes and her confidence is going to be a problem! Strap in we are in for a ride! Loved your reactions!! Can't wait until next week.

2024-03-04 16:50:05 +0000 UTCMichonne has come a long way with being diplomatic in her interview at the start, and the end. Nat, Bailey, and Aiden helped her with that, I guess. And, she was a lawyer in another life. "The parting of the Red Sea." That's what I said. lol I loved Nat especially. RIP, with all my heart. Freakin' fantastic character. But, they not letting us get too attached to characters, is telling me there will not be another season. That reunion is EVERYTHING! The only disappointing thing is Rick knew how hard it is to get away, and yet he still brought Michonne in.
