But you've also gotta remember examples like how the Third Raikage died fighting off a force of 10,000 Iwa nins for 3 days (which is ridiculous) or how Minato killed/fought a thousand Iwa nins. At the very least Iwa has an absurd number of shinobi hahaha

I might change things a bit here because ninja warfare without the bijuu was more about dealing more strategic damage than just big boom, at least, that's what I recalled from the previous instances of war from naruto
