The source of my conflict is ma hong yun.
I never really rely on votes to steer the direction of my works. I just like writing what I want. However, in this instance, I can write some really interesting things with either male or female ma hong yun. Female Ma Hong Yun will be an au change like Bnb. And her situation would be drastically different based on how oppressed most women are in northern plains. Similarly, I will also write some fun stuff about male ma hong yun... or maybe something even stranger? All I know is that I'm very confused and conflicted. What kind of ma hong yun would you like to see?
To be precise, this still isn't a poll to determine Ma Hong Yun's gender but a vain attempt at scraping tiny portions of you, rizz' readers', inspiration!...
Please do help and let me know a few reasons why you might support canon Ma Hong Yun or an au airheaded female otome heroine (peak orohime template in this case)
