The Process of Making a Comic Page

I hope you enjoyed last week's creative process for MT page 3. It sure was fun to make. To provide a well planned page, I must carefully go through each of the following steps:
- Design concept art/doodles based on the scripted dialogue
- Design frame positioning based on doodles, then fit them into the frames
- Make the sketches inspired by doodles and other references combined
- Create the comic-style text and add it as speech bubbles
- Trace the linework and remove sketch.
- Add special effects (sound/movement interpretation)
- Add black/white color, and backgrounds
- Finalize with shading details.
It's funny how a silly doodle can turn into something great, haha!
