Loved him, so it is 😭 to rewatch his last scene with Uhtred. Chokes me up. A Little detail I love about this ep, is how Osferth, mentions his sister when worried about a fight. Reminding us that he is Alfred’s son, but I don’t know if Aethelflead knows Baby Monk is her brother. But Little details like that make the craft of this show about flawless. It may not be as pop culture as Vikings, but TLK has a huge passionate fanbase. And enduring, because Vikings fell off towards the end for many people, where TLK doesn’t ….. 💗👌

2022-11-19 01:54:34 +0000 UTCEven though I was frustrated with Ragnar and Uhtred's last interaction, Ragnar was still one of my favourite characters. I was so rattled not just by his death, but by the manner of his death. I was never a fan of Aethelwold but after this episode I was DONE with him.
