I apologise, I made a huge mistake
Added 2025-08-31 15:43:56 +0000 UTCI made a serious mistake by accidentally deleting the 300 yen plan instead of just changing the price. I originally wanted to, as I mentioned in one of my posts, update the price, but it turns out you can't just change it. I ended up creating a new plan for 500 yen, identical to the previous one. Later, after studying the platform rules, I learnt that the price of the old plan could still be changed, so I decided to delete the new ¥500 plan. But because of their similarities, I got confused and deleted the wrong one. As a result, I lost all the subscribers I had signed up for the 300 yen plan.
Honestly, I'm at a loss and don't know what to do. The subscribers included those who have supported me for over 40 months, many for over 20, and those who have been with me for a year. I feel incredibly sad about this mistake. I panicked, as I had never changed my Fanbox plans before, and I did something stupid. It turns out I let you guys down. I don't know how to apologise for this. Please forgive me! 😭
