Lifelong treatment resistant massive depressive disorder sufferer here, so I feel ya. Keeping up connections with friends and family is a good start and having a good support network in place can help get you back out of the dips. I think the best advice I can give is to keep positive, do small nice things for yourself, and just keep moving forward physically and metaphorically. I hope that helps, even as a reminder as something you already know <3

Well I like the feeling of being pooped and feeling tired from time to time. Because that means you accomplished a lot and you made great progress in your work. As much as I like being a couch potato I like following through and completing things, because hard works always pays off.
