I got a flash of inspiration and tried to make a second attempt at making my Hoodwink model. This time I am focusing more on making her look as close as possible to the original (in-game) model.
I've spent some time in Dota looking at her animations and trying to spot what proportions she has in-game. And found out that in terms of proportions, she has almost standard human proportions. She is just small.
As you can see I've moved to a T-pose, as in my opinion, it'll help in poses where her arms are pointed up. Other Hoodwink models have problems with their arms pointed up.
Here is one thing I want to change (besides her legs) is her head form, I want to make it look more like a fox head. It will help with side view angles where she looks at the viewer. Maybe I'll leave the old head form, but in this case, I'll need to make something on the back side of her head.
I want to make her look fit, but the in-game model... is just fat especially her belly part.
