(R-6) Rigging process

So, 4-5 days is a perfect schedule for posts, I have enough time to make big changes and write big text about the process. If everything would go smoothly I would post CA7-24 2-3 days before. And now you questioning, why you see R-# WIP and not CA7-##? Well, I ragequitted from Blender while trying to polish the last 200-300 frames (Yes, I really can get mad sometimes while working in Blender). And decided to take a short break and do something else.

As 2 first Hoodwink models were deleted from Smutbase. I continued working on my Hoodwink model, so there will be at least 1 model that is close enough to the original.

After finally finishing her mouth, I added genitals and tweaked her legs. Genitals were taken from Smutbase. There were 3 (actually 4) variants. 1st variant was already seen in the "thick" model, and I really don't want to see it anymore. 2nd and 3rd variants were left, one of them was perfect in lore and logic terms but was too SMALL for usual animations. And second one had big "petals" and was ok for most animations. So added 3rd variant and it looks ok. I also reworked her claws on her hands and legs. Made them bigger, sharper, and look more like nails than actual claws.

Retopology process was finished and now it's time for a rigging. It is my first time rigging a character and hope I won't mess up too much with it. There is a... wide choice of ways to rig your character. Most models go with the fully manually crafted rig or Rigify rig. There are also options like Auto-rig Pro and other not popular rigging tools, but they are paid or buggy. When I was only planning to create this model, I thought I will use Auto-rig (or another plugin with a similar name, don't remember exactly) and a plugin to it that adds muscles to the model. And it would make sense, there is a good reason to add them to the model. Now, when I actually got to the rigging process, I totally forgot about what I wanted to do and started rigging with Rigify. But not just Rigify, but with Blender Studio addon - cloud rig! To be honest, I don't know exactly what the difference is between Rigify and Cloud-rig... rigs. But it feels a bit more powerful. From what I've already seen, it uses different bones, bendy bones. Their main feature is that they can bend. And this gives the ability to bend the model in many different ways.

I don't know how long I'll be resting from CA7. For sure can say that no longer than a week. For now, I want to finish rigging this model and maybe even finish it fully.
