(A15-7) Final environment+lighting setup

Sadly, this is not all. Currently, I'm struggling with this animation and things don't go as I wanted. First of all, the technical side of this animation will be worse than usual, I'm encountering several major issues with how EEVEE Next works which led to a noisy image. Denoiser doesn't work here for unknown reasons. It may look not as critical as on a static image, but when it starts moving everything starts to fall apart. I'm trying to find a workaround, but if nothing works I'll dump the quality of magical hands and sticks into oblivion.
Second - as I've written in a comment on the previous A15 WIP, I'm unable to use cloth simulations for her cape. I'm currently trying to work around this and it's taking a lot of time because I need to modify her cape so I can work with it. Not sure how it will look in the end and how long it will take.
