My family time was absolutely epic, so much fun and it was over too soon! My family left yesterday and went back home, and I spent a whole day having a bit of the blues. I miss my family so much and it was a treasure to have them here with me for a week, showing them the sights and where I live, my regular haunts where I love to eat, get coffee, go for hikes. What a wonderful time!

She had a girl named Marley Ann 🥰🥰🥰☺️☺️☺️ i’m going to meet my niece tomorrow! I’m super excited! I also got a big project at work done so that is a relief! So glad that you are doing well and glad you took care of yourself.

I spent Christmas Eve and Christmas with just my parents and my pup, we had a good time opening gifts, eating good food (so much food oh my god), and reminiscing about past holidays. My parents have a history of being toxic, so it wasn't all smooth sailing, there were definitely some bumps in the road, but it was one of the better Christmas get-togethers we've had in the last few years, so I'm not complaining. I hope everyone has a happy new year!

2021-12-31 00:10:53 +0000 UTCWe had my best friend her hubby and her 2 kids over who are like family to us which made 3 kids, 2 men and 2 women and then we had the men coming for us. The kids are 13, 9 an 7; 2 have autism so my kiddo has aspergers like me and my beasties so has adhd, asd and ODD and we all have SPD so for all that understand that lingo it means an interesting menu tailored but we do what we do here. Then the kids got games so they actually by some miracle got on all day wooohoo. Us adults got to watch Ron is Wrong because hey has to be kiddo friendly but we actually were safe to watch Russell Howards new show later. All in all avoided family, good for mental wellbeing, and kids behaved, also good for well being. Tired but we still have 3 kids all in all we count this as a success. 😁👍
