Bigorexia is a Body Dysmorphic disorder where the subject constantly thinks about building muscle, often to the detriment of their personal self-image and their daily lives.

This file will fuck you up irreparably. You will lose yourself, your interests, your connections.

But trust and believe you will grow and gain muscle with this mindset.
