The girl is a witch with a technical mindset. She has good intuition, the ability to make star maps, plot routes to unknown lands, which allows her to hide well from witch hunters in places that no one suspects exist. 

The lantern that concentrates Nona's magic is a sphere surrounded by two hemispheres. The inner hemisphere is movable and can rotate. With the help of this lantern, the girl directs her magic and projects star maps. In case of approaching danger, the lantern warns the witch by flickering orange. The inner hemisphere of the lantern, rotating around the sphere, can display the phases of the Moon.

Nona sells rare species of plants that are brought from different parts of the surrounding lands. Other witches often turn to her for help to buy difficult-to-find potion ingredients. 

But even among ordinary people, Nona became famous precisely for the fact that she always has fragrant seasonings, exotic vegetables and fruits for a variety of dishes in her bins. 

The power of Nona's magic depends on the phases of the moon. During the new moon, the witch is very weak, and her eyes change color: the whites turn black, and the pupils glow with white light. 

On the one hand, this allows her to navigate perfectly in the hopeless darkness, and on the other hand, she becomes an easy prey for witch hunters. They would immediately suspect magic in her if the girl caught their eye, so Nona is forced to hide during this period until the sickle of the growing moon appears.

No one knows where the girl lives or if she has a house at all. Perhaps Nona is constantly traveling, spending the night in boats at the pier or on unknown islands. But one thing is for sure - it is impossible to find a witch until she herself wants to visit you.
