The Creative Process: Blog Post
Added 2019-02-23 13:01:48 +0000 UTCSo I’ve got a new series launching called “The Prince and The Servant Girl”. I want to share a little with you about the making of this series!
I had a major writing bug bite me one day about three months ago, and I literally wrote for 12 HOURS STRAIGHT! Five episodes. It was one of those stories that gripped my imagination, and just like a Netflix series, every time I finished an episode I had to know what happened next. Bad part was, the only way to know what happened next was to write it!
So yes, I wrote 5 episodes in a day, and immediately began casting. I knew this story took place in the old country, Middle Ages, and so I wanted English accents for my characters. I began scouring YouTube for ASMRtists who could pull off an English accent.
And wouldn’t you know, I was listening to Morrigan audio do a livestream one evening, when she randomly began speaking in an English accent.... fairly well I might add. I had no idea she was hiding this talent from us, so of course I reached out and cast her. Dangerous ASMR will also be joining this series!
I cannot wait for you guys to hear the premiere Monday night!!

2019-02-23 16:07:06 +0000 UTCOooh! Sounds exciting! Can't wait! 😁 I always love when those bugs bite, and you have that itch to write/draw/paint/record/etc. This sounds like a BIG bite though lol 😄 12 hours!? I haven't had a bite like that yet lol, but that's why I'm sure it's going to be awesome!
