Although its not a report , I'm stuck in a similar situation... I am actually juggling between deadlines and the comic itself . So bear with me hahaha. If not ... i get " eaten alive " too XD.
Btw i did this little sketch in whatever free time i had... which wasn't a lot. Now back to work .

2017-09-26 16:24:06 +0000 UTCDoing the comic is something that you enjoy doing but it's something that requires work. I encourage you to TAKE A BREAK! Even if it's just a small one if you really think you need it. You don't want to wear yourself out We all need rest even from things that we love. You should set a certain amount of leisure Time that is NOT the comic. I really like your comic BUT I don't want to see you overworking yourself with your other obligations and spending too much of your spare time on it. I think a reasonable minimum amount for the comic would be 2 main comics and 2 side things per month. Believe me this minimum amount is still faster than some other comics. I think it would be a good idea to just do this minimum per month and any extra work you do can be held onto. Which could be useful to have so that you could keep a consistent upload schedule and use it like a currency to buy spare time for yourself. Maybe you could put this to a poll do people want the content as soon as it's available or would they want a more consistent upload schedule? Also about the side content I talk to you before about this I'll post it here too. "How about a poll where people could vote for the side content priority each month with the things with the highest votes being done first and the thing with the second highest votes will be done next and so on".
