Chapter 115 [Vault]

With the planning for taking care of Katherine done and over with, Bonnie decided that it was time to do some “Grinding” aka, doing some dungeon quests in order to get some more UCT usages. She needed more power, and this would do it. 

She was now pretty confident in completing the Dungeon quest involving fighting Damon and Stefan in the dungeon, same with fighting and defeating Katherine in the dungeon. Her magic was powerful enough to “Take care of” the two groups of fighters, as she now had enough power to just pop their heads like balloons, or obliterate them with the dragon flame. 

Sitting in her house, Bonnie let out a sigh before activating her dungeon quest, the one for fighting Katherine. She decided to do the easier one first, as fighting Katherine alone would be easier than fighting both Damon and Stefan at the same time, especially with how well they can work together. 

Reappearing in her “dungeon space” Bonnie stared across from her as Katherine formed in front of her, the woman stared at her before blurring towards her. 

“Yeah, not gonna happen” Bonnie said as she flexed her magical power, as a scream of pain tore through Katherine’s throat, as she stopped, holding her head as pain poured into her skull. Not hesitating, Bonnie coldly looked down at the fake Katherine, as a green light flew from her hand, slamming into Katherine and instantly killing her. 

With Katherine dead and that part done with, Bonnie decided to get the Salvatores done with too. She wanted to get a new universe she could get characters from, and she hoped that it was one that was powerful enough to get a powerful character of a significant level. 

With the Salvatore brothers appearing in front of her this time, Bonnie wasted no time to do the exact same thing she did to Katherine, to the two of them. Her magic was far too strong for them to fight back properly, and it would take more than just some hundred plus year old vampires to do anything to her. 

With both of the Salvatore brothers dead, she watched as a notification appeared in front of her vision.

“Will I go unconscious again? I can’t afford to go unconscious for two days like last time, not with Katherine and the Ball” Bonnie asked the system, hoping she’d be able to assimilate the new characters without getting knocked out like last time. 

She was okay with it last time because nothing had happened during those two days, but if it happened this time, then it would be detrimental. Not only was the Ball happening, but Elijah Mikaelson would make his appearance soon, when Rose and Trevor kidnap Elena. 

She already had a plan for how to help the Mikaelsons with their issue, while also keeping friends with Elena, granted that the Salvatores didn’t do anything. She had plans for destroying the old sign and bridge, getting rid of more of the white oak, as well as plans regarding the cure, but that would come in the future. 

For now she still had to deal with Katherine, and then deal with the Werewolves that would be causing some serious issues in the coming weeks. Mainly because of the moonstone, a stone that they thought would make it so they no longer needed to transform during the full moon, when in actuality, it was used to break the curse for Klaus, so that he could become a full Hybrid, with his wolf side being locked away by his mother. 

[No, host. The user's Immortal Species would allow the user to fight back against such things. It will simply put the user into an unconscious state for around an hour, giving the user enough time to still make it to the Ball in time]

“Well alright then, go ahead and assimilate the characters” Bonnie said, upon hearing that she would only be out for around an hour or so, which gave her a few more hours to get ready for the Ball, and prepare for the necessary spell that would lock Katherine in a room with Stefan and Damon, giving her time to get the Moonstone from her distant cousin. 

As Bonnie said this, she breathed out as power began to flood into her, while at the same time, her vision began to darken, as she sighed in annoyance, before falling to the ground, and into sweet sweet unconsciousness.

[2 hours later]

2 hours has passed before Bonnie had eventually awoken, energized beyond belief, with a new level of magical power flowing through her body. She had already been magically powerful, but this was another level. Not to mention the knowledge, the knowledge of Zelda alone was…incredible. 

She was over a hundred years old and was in charge of a library that was similar to the Akashic Records, housing every spell of the Magicians multiverse, and she had read MANY books, many thousands in fact. 

Emma Swan was incredible simply due to her birth, and her being the “Savior” and having light/good magic beyond most other creatures, with very few surpassing her in potential. She would be a powerful new “Addition” to Bonnie’s growing arsenal, thanks to the purity of her magic. Not to mention the whole “True Loves Kiss” thing that would break just about any curse, and would seemingly even work in this universe.

Bonnie wasn’t sure how that would work in a universe like this one, but she imagined that it would be very powerful, and equally as useful, should she find someone that is her “True Love”. 

Getting to her feet, Bonnie let out a sigh “I really hope I don’t have to keep doing that. Having to pass out everytime I assimilate new characters is starting to get a little irritating” Bonnie said, as she teleported back to the real world.

Glancing to her phone, she smiled when she saw that she had no calls or texts, meaning that nothing had happened while she was gone, and the plans were still going to happen just as she hoped they would. 

“Hmm, what should I wear to this Masquerade Ball? Maybe a suit? Dresses were never my thing in my past life, and it seems that’s remained the same” Bonnie said, as she began to look through her closet, before smiling as she found just the suit. 

It was a simple suit that she had bought a few days ago with some of the money she had gotten from her starter pack, the one million dollars. She hadn’t used it much besides some herbs for potions, and a few other items like a new phone and some other stuff that would just make her life easier. 

Getting dressed into the suit, Bonnie smiled as she grabbed her masquerade mask, as she slowly spoke to herself. 

“Well then…time to go to a ball. Let’s…just hope everything goes as planned”

I’ve been in a TVD mood again recently, so I’m going back through some of my older vault fics and updating them. Love interests for this fic is Rebekah at least, and maybe Freya and Caroline? Not sure to be honest. I was initially going to go with Katherine, but I’m not sure how I’d go about doing that. But we’ll see. 

Not sure when this’ll be updated next, as it’s a vault fic so it is…very random.  

I’m also not sure what the next vault fic that’s going to be updated is, but it’ll probably be one of the TVD ones.
