2022-02-19 22:41:43 +0000 UTC“Someone has to fight The Good Fight.” I like to think Angel thought about Doyle after Wes said that, and that was the reason his aim was off on his next throw. Doyle gave his life so Angel could live and save others, which is the opposite of the path he’s chosen now.

2022-01-23 16:26:54 +0000 UTCAngellus smoked in season 2 without a soul. I think Darla's comment about it being Angel or Angellus is a remark to his character. Angellus didn't have a soul and is openly evil, Angel has a soul and wants to make up for what he did as angel, also is more compassionate. This "new guy" isn't openly evil and has a soul but he doesn't have any compassion and wants to destroy his enemies like WR&H.
