Bethany's acting is so good in this episode. Sure maybe Haley was rushing things but if she didn't then people would say she wasn't fighting enough for him. It's a lose lose situations for her. I prefer that she came in and didn't waste anytime, she wants her husband back and she's working for it so I have to respect it. I completely understand Nathan though, it definitely would not be that easy for me to forgive her. It's just with Bethany's acting you can see how much she just wants him back, the pain in her voice, the way she ran to him in bed just from him saying her name. That scene is one of the best Naley scenes in my opinion. I was never the biggest fan of them before watching this scene, the angst was done SO WELL!!

But the show would have lost so much if he did.

In reality, there’s no justification for Dans murder.... but since this is a TV show I think a murder plot and Dan being the victim would have been fantastic 😂 And lets face it there’s lives would 100000% better if he died 🤦🏽♀️

Dan has avoided death twice now - it’s getting old! I was also rooting for him to die, but I realized how big of a role he plays as the villain. I hate him, but at the same time, the show needs him.
I think Brooke is being very fair to Lucas. Lucas doesn’t deserve to have her open her heart up again to her and I think the non-exclusive thing is a good way to distance her heart from the situation. But, you have a point. Just knowing who Brooke and Lucas are, it’s hard to believe that that will work.
Also, two of my favorite lines of the series are in this episode.
Lucas to Peyton: It’s always going to be there, isn’t it? You and me.
And
Peyton: 6 billion people in the world. 6 billion souls. And sometimes, all you need is one <3

Not justifying it. Just saying that there are so many people who could’ve done it. And honestly, I wouldn’t be mad if he’d died... 🤷♀️ He’s an awful person and has done awful things... 🤷♀️

Regarding Dan ... that doesn't mean he deserves to die for it... yet. I kinda hate the fact that some people try to justify murder for him at this point.

One of my all time favorite episodes. Love the Naley angst. Great reaction as always.

No offence, but why would you root for Dan dying? Haha, no offence, I love all characters, (in fact Brooke and Nathan are my favourites) but Dan is what makes this show. He is hands down the most interesting character, and one of the most complicated villains I've ever seen. Love your reaction.

That scene with Dan in the Church thinking about who could've tried to kill him. It always makes me laugh. Because there are just so many people it could've been! He has pissed off so many people in his life and any one of them could've done it! It just makes me laugh. And the fact that he KNOWS it... He knows that he has hurt all these people. It just makes me chuckle to think about...
The Naley stuff breaks my heart. Because like Haley, I think part of Nathan just wanted things to go back to how they had been. Like us, part of him forgave her the second she showed up. But then all that pain just comes rushing back, and he just can't. And that's perfectly fine. But you can see it in the moment where she climbs into his bed. His arms immediately go around her, and he doesn't immediately push her away or tell her to stop, he lets it happen for a couple of seconds because he misses her and he DOES want her back. It's just not that simple. He knows that being in a relationship with someone you don't trust isn't healthy for anyone involved, and he doesn't want that for either himself or Haley. (But the fact that he wears his ring around his neck is adorable! Even when he's hurting, he can't take off the ring completely, because she is still his wife and he still loves her!)
And Haley. Gah! Okay, at this point in time, I still have such mixed feelings with her. I love her, don't get me wrong. She and Nathan are my absolute favourite characters! (Which is why it hurts so much when they fight, because I always see both sides and struggle with it because they're both my favs! Haha) Her just coming back and wanting back in immediately is so unfair, but I get it. She's still a kid, and she just wants her husband back. (That's such a weird sentence... I'm so sorry...) Her coming in and expecting things to return to normal is so infuriating though. And I think it's in part because we mostly saw Nathan's suffering through S2, and not so much hers. Because of the fact that Bethany was ACTUALLY on Tour, Haley wasn't really in many episodes, and so to us we're just seeing Nathan being in pain and suffering, we're seeing how badly she hurt him and we saw him nearly kill himself because of it, while Haley is just off on Tour hanging out with Chris and performing, not caring about that. But we only got glimpses. Chris mentioned that there were nights he comforted her over what she'd lost and that she had been struggling. We just didn't get to see that. So we kinda automatically get mad at her because to us, only Nathan was suffering, while she was off having fun. So her wanting to just come back is understandable, but feels so frustrating... She is a kid, who suddenly got some fame and had no idea what to do with it and so she made a few mistakes, then it got to be too much for her and she realised how much she missed her life back home and just wanted it back.
I also love that she said "I've made a lot of mistakes." then later mentioned the time Nathan took drugs before the game, because those were the words he said to Haley that night in her room. I just love parallels... :'(
I feel awful for Brooke tbh... She trusted Lucas before and got seriously hurt, so now she refuses to put herself back in the position for him to hurt her again. She wants to be with him, just without giving him the ability to hurt her in the same way he did last time... She and Nathan are both struggling with their trust rn...
And Peyton. It must be hard finding out you're adopted. Especially if one of your adoptive parents is dead... You'd almost feel like by getting to know your bio parent, you're replacing your dead parent and that's so unfair that anyone would feel that way... :(
I do love that she's completely Team Nathan in this Naley drama though... I think they both need someone to mope with rn... Hahaha (Plus, like I've said on most of the recent videos... I adore their friendship!)
Brooke and Haley living together! YAY! I honestly love their friendship so much. It makes me sad that Naley aren't living together anymore (and that Nathan is stuck with Dan again...) but Braley friendship moments are wonderful! :D
