Ok yeah I felt the Valhalla thing was weird but knowing she plagiarizes famous speeches makes more sense 😂 she has so much good material to work with. So many great speeches lol

So she's just telling them that they aren't allowed to die before the victory celebration. And as far as I know most of Tanya's speeches are variations of, if not copies of some famous speeches we have today.
